The competition was out there for sure, but their web presence was awful. We found websites from some pretty large companies with HTML stock elements from the late 90′s.
So a quick word of advice to companies that have a less than desirable web site. Think of your website as the front of your building; your front door. Is it something that you are proud to have your customers and prospects enter?
In 2010, there is no excuse for a poorly designed website. There are more than enough web designers waiting for your call and the prices have dropped dramatically for a basic website.
Everyone remembers the scary house in their neighborhood when they were a kid. Is this what your customers are reminded of when they go to your site?
